

New launch, design and production of 68-page property magazine
Real Asset IMPACT came to fruition in summer 2021 targeted at the growing area of impact investing in property and associated sectors. The design called for a clean look with white space and flexibility in moving from single page comment pieces to long reads over several pages, as well as news and data pages.
The result has been well received in the market, below some of the pages and features give a flavour of the content and how it has been presented.
Real Asset IMPACT – November 2021

Launched to coincide with COP26 in Glasgow the second edition of Real asset IMPACT built on the success of the launch issue – more pages, more articles, more debate. It was again well received by sponsors and subscribers and Real Asset Media now plans to deliver four editions in 2022.

Real Asset IMPACT – Launch edition September 2021

Combining a fresh look that’s easy on the eye with flexible pages this first edition certainly made a splash on launch.
It is based on a three column grid which allows for space and the addition of boxes, graphs, quotes or images. There’s also plenty of options for headlines and other furniture to be displayed creatively.
This first edition is 52 pages and was launched in time for Expo Real, which opened its doors to visitors and exhibitors after a covid-enforced hiatus.
