Put together to report on the Covid-19 pandemic’s impact on real estate markets this online only publication was put together by Real Asset Media’s editorial team in double quick time. To produce 34 pages in roughly 10 days from scratch is a great achievement and the result is an informative and great looking report.
Second edition of the retail-focused magazine was published late last year. Despite challenges retailers and operators are moving with the times and the key themes are placemaking, proptech and mixed-use schemes. All are reflected in this issue.

This was an advert put together to alert readers of the benefits of EuroProperty magazine going online and publishing as a pdf version rather than print. That strategy never happened but not wanting to waste some creative work here is the advert.

Just completed the March edition of Real Asset Insight – much was completed before the full impact of the Covid-19 crisis became apparent. The fact that MIPIM – around which our production schedule was geared – was postponed was a blow, albeit a necessary move. But it does not detract from great content and great design.
